British Airways came up with idea to sell advertising space on the boarding passes. Company is trying to fulfill £106 million net loss for the three month ending June.
In 2008, London-based airline caried almost 36 million passangers. Ads on boarding passes could reach large / global audience. In addition, many people keep their boarding passes as memory and it could provide long term effect for potential advertiser.
