Some webmasters use tricky ways to attract attention of searchers and increase click rate through organic results. Some spammers who sell dating eBooks still use Meta Tags to add junk which can appear in Google SERPs.

As we see, little tricks made whole description appear as black line with messages inside.
Such techniques violate several rules Google provides in Search Engine Optimization Guide (PDF):

“writting a description meta tag that has no relation to the content on the page”

“using extremely lenghty titles that are unhelpful to users”

“stuffing unneeded keywords”
