PSA Texting while Driving shocking video received millions views in less than a week after it appeared on YouTube and other video sharing networks. Video was released by Gwent (United Kingdom) police to warn teenagers about texting & driving, it features a teenage girl who causes deadly accident by texting while driving. It sparked debates in media but many people agree, shocking videos are way more effective than regular slogans, signs, billboards, and debates to warn parents and teenagers.
